一、產品介紹（Product introduction）
波紋填料主要是取代塔內散堆填料，解決阻力大、比表面積小，傳質效能差、易破碎等突出問題。它規(guī)定了氣液流路．改善了淘流、壁流和潤濕性能．降低了阻力，同時提供更多的氣液接觸面積從而提高了傳質，傳熱效果。

二、產品用途（Product Usage）
波紋填料一般用于同位素分離或需要大量理論板數的難分離物系的精密分餾，也可用于高度愛到嚴格限制或要求達到高純度產品的場合。
It is generally used for precision fractionation of isotope separation or difficult to separate material systems that require a large number of theoretical plates, and can also be used in situations where highly loved to strictly limit or require high purity products.
波紋填料應用于石油化工、如煉油廠催化裂化提餾段、化肥、天然氣、生物化工、環(huán)境工程等廣大領域。

三、適用范圍（Scope of application）
波紋填料可廣泛用于煤氣洗滌塔．焦化洗滌，洗苯、洗氨培、化肥熱氣飽和、脫硫酸、硫酸干燥、吸收塔等。

填料在塔吶構成均勻的幾何圖形排列,規(guī)定了汽液流路,改善了溝流及壁流現象.由于絲網獨具的毛細作用，又使表面積有更為有效的潤濕性能，有低的壓降和少的持液量,因此具有很高的分離效率。特別適用于難分離物系及熱敏性物系。The packing materials form a uniform geometric arrangement in Tano, which specifies the flow path of vapor and liquid, and improves the phenomenon of ditch flow and wall flow.
